Terms & Conditions

Please read through these carefully before confirming the quote and then print a copy for future reference.

  1. Credit terms are strictly 30 days net from the date of invoice. No images may be used until full payment has been received. Interest will be charged at 5% over the BOE base rate on all accounts over 30 days.
  2. You will be required to pay 50% of the quote upfront. On a fast turnaround shoot (5 days or less) 75% of the quote is required up front.
  3. In case of cancellation, all production fees negotiated and expenses, either disbursed or for which there is any liability will remain chargeable. Any cancellation that takes place following the job confirmation will incur the invoicing of 50%-100% of the total quote.
  4. A supplement of 15% will be added to any additional costs incurred by MillnDoll Creative Limited on your (or your client’s) behalf.
  5. All MillnDoll Creative Ltd. quotations are fixed bid. If any area of the quote does need receipts e.g. wardrobe/props or flight/accommodation, this will need to be agreed before agreeing on the final quote.
  6. MillnDoll Creative Ltd is covered, as is usual, for public liability and personal accident only – any additional insurance cover that you may wish to take out is in yours or your client’s sole charge and discretion.
  7. All copyright remains with the photographer and you or your client will negotiate any usage additional to the above agreed before any such use is implemented.
  8. The license only applies to the advertiser and product as stated on the quote/invoice of the form.
  9. The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
  10. This confirmation represents the entirety of our agreement and supersedes any previous agreements – Please note that any contractual arrangements that you or your client wish us to sign up to must be presented before signature of this confirmation.
